MyChart Customer Support

If you would like to sign up for access or need help using your activation code, logging in, or have a question about using the MyChart web site and would like immediate assistance from an Eisenhower Health MyChart Support representative, please call:

Billing Customer Support

If you have a question about billing, you can send a Customer Service message within MyChart and use the Billing Question as the Subject for the message. You may also call the Billing Customer Service line.

Clinical Support

If you think that some aspect of your health information represented online is incorrect, or if you have questions about the clinical information in MyChart, please log in and send a message to your physician or contact your clinic directly.

Not all of the information in your personal health record is accessible to you on the MyChart web site. For details of what is included and exluded please review our Frequently Asked Questions. If you need access to information beyond what is included online, please contact out Health Information Management (medical records) department.
